On any given day at Booking.com we have hundreds of Perl developers hacking on millions of lines of Perl code. Maintaing a high level of quality can be a daunting task to say the least. We've recently began exploring the use of static analysis as a means of preserving developer agility while at the same time maintaining code quality. In this talk I will explain the tools and techniques we are developing to do just this.
