Larry Wall has written some interesting things. Recently (for some definition of 'recently') he wrote 'gimme5' to help him translate Perl 6 code into Perl 5 code. The successor to 'gimme5' is 'viv', short for VI on V (6 on 5).
We will explore 'viv' and 'gimme5' for enchanting Perl 5 things.
