local::lib: Developer <3 sysadmin
Anyone who's worked in a nontrivial environment knows that getting libs shipped with an app that's being deployed can be a lot of hassle. We've been using local::lib for this at Shadowcat for a while now, and I'd like to share some of the tricks we've learned for making things work best for both devs who want to use CPAN and admins who need to deploy their code. This talk will cover the concepts of local::lib and some more advanced configurations (in other words, it's not going to rehash the POD). In addition, I'll cover some common traps and how to avoid them.
