- Limited Linen - No towels, just bed linens.
- Dorms will open on Sunday evening, and must be empty by 10 AM Thursday.
- If you're staying for training, see the hotel option for Thursday / Friday night.

Cost
- $46 per single occupancy
- $23 per person for double occupancy
- $19 per person for triple occupancy.
WARNING - If you lose a key, you will be responsible for OSU's missing key fee of $125.

Here is the hotel information for YAPC::NA::2010 for the week of June 20th 2010. Please note that the hotel does offer a $10 fee (per direction) for Airport to Hotel transportation.

To receive the negotiated group rate, participants should identify themselves as being with the YAPC North America program when making reservations.
Check-in / Check-out: Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm. Requests for early check in and late check out are based upon availability and may have an additional charge.
Hotel Parking: The Blackwell offers Valet Parking for hotel guests and meeting attendees only. The overnight rate is $15 per day and is applied to the guest's folio.
Transportation from Airport: The Blackwell offers airport transportation for hotel and meeting attendees only, it is a first come, first serve basis and runs on a schedule. There is a fee of $10 per guest reservation each way and may be arranged at the time of reservation.
- The hotel is not a dorm room. It's bigger, nicer, and more expensive.
- Also, only the hotel is available for Thursday / Friday night if you're staying for training.
- The Blackwell Inn - Mention YAPC to get a special rate.
