* Improving yapc.org
** Come up with a scheme to have consistent URLs through yapc.org that point to Act!
* Develop a share-able reusable sponsor doc.
* Develop a sponsor list for use year-to-year?
* Review any draft proposals from next years bidders for YAPC::NA.
* Discuss the scope of YAPC with regard to the hackathon and pre- and post- YAPC accommodations.
