The WSS, WebService Specification Schema, is a schema language based on YAML to specify web services on the Internet.
Our team released a simple tool which generates a Perl module, tests and docs from WSS config file.
Not only Perl module, The tool also generates libraries for PHP, ActionScript, Ruby etc.
Developers who want to use web service do not need to handle complicated XML data tree any more,
but just call the OO-methods.
Write WSS once, run on every LLs.
In this session, the power of WSS is uncovered.

Many numbers of web services are released day by day.
It's also true in Japan.
To encourage more developers to create their work with our web services,
we decided to release libraries for each our web services.
Perl, PHP, ActionScript and... how many languages we need to support and keep on maintaining?
The answer of us is the WSS and library generator.

The speaker is a Japanese CPAN author releases the XML::TreePP module and some of related modules.
