Reprising his original "Nothing Can Possibly Go Wrong" talk from YAPC::NA 2006, Adam will once again attempt to provide an antidote to all the positive conference talks by taking the audience on a whirlwind tour of failure, disaster, and seductive traps.

Second time around, appropriately, the focus is on iterative systems, with a mixture of lessons from psychology, evolution, ecology and economics.
