I founded the Freeside project and Freeside Internet Services, Inc. Freeside is open-source billing and ticketing software for ISPs and Telcos, written in Perl.

I'm a CPAN contributor and maintain popular business-related modules such as Business::CreditCard and Business::OnlinePayment, used to process payments for YAPC::NA itself.

I'm a Debian developer.

I also like skiing, bicycling, cats and records (individually -- none of them combine well).
