Programmers are at high risk for repetitive stress injuries -- carpal tunnel syndrome is the one that gets the most attention, but there are many others that a life of keyboarding can leave you at risk for.
We haven't yet reached the point where we can just upload ourselves into the cloud and download ourselves into robot bodies whenever we want to go out and about, so until then, it's probably a good idea to do what we can to prevent the issues from developing. (Or, for some of us who are more susceptable than others, to at least slow down the rate at which they do develop.)
Come and learn about proper ergonomic habits, useful stretches and exercises, ways to force yourself to behave, warning signs and symptoms to watch for (and when to head to an actual doctor with them), and a few cautionary tales from someone who's been there, done that (and has the surgical scars to prove it).
