Getting Around Town

Chicago has no shortage of ways to get around town, the first option for most being the Chicago Transit Authority. The CTA offers per-ride fares or day passes. It is probably best if you pick up a day pass before you come and have it mailed to your home. You can do that at this link http://www3.yourcta.com/. More visitor information can be found at http://www.transitchicago.com/maps/visitorinfo.html.

There are also countless cabs in Chicago. If you ever are in need of a cab and don't see one, call 312-TAXI-CAB and request for one to be dispatched.
