• Discuss this year's bidding date change. Good? Bad?
• Discuss sponsorship (shareable/re-usable sponsor doc, sponsor list, etc)
• Discuss marketing of YAPC, workshops, hackathons, etc
• How do we encourage groups to host workshops?
• Improving docs on http://code.google.com/p/tpf/
• Discuss re-usable items (such as power strips, extension cords, etc) and the idea of how these might be shared among the various conferences and workshops.
