Arrival Dinner - Sunday evening
An arrival dinner on Sunday night is being planned. Please feel free to plan alternative ones as per usual. We have added a "talk" during that time on the Sunday schedule that you can "star" to mark you are planning to attend the "official" arrival dinner, so we can have some idea of attendance numbers to plan for venue size and food.
Most likely you will be expected to pay for your own meal, either a la carte or a buffet flat fee, plus drinks.
