Levels of Sponsorship
The YAPC experience is funded by many wonderful sponsors. Please take a moment and review the different sponsorship levels and see if you might want to become a sponsor.
Note: Item's below in bold become available at that level of sponsorship.
Diamond
If you provide a gift of $10,000 or more, you are an elite Diamond Sponsor. For that gift you will receive the following perks.
- We will play a 30 second video, of your creation, in front of the entire YAPC audience before the opening ceremonies. The content of the video is entirely up to you.
- The above video will also be featured in our blog.
- You may provide a full page (8"x10") ad for us to place in the in the official YAPC::NA 2013 program.
- You will receive five badges to attend the conference.
- You or your organization will be announced as the official sponsor of one of the after-hours events, such as the banquet or other special events that have not yet been scheduled.
- The first three sponsors at either the Diamond or Platinum level may request a booth for the full duration of the conference in the main lobby of the conference facility. Contact us for additional details.
- A representative from your organization will introduce one of our VIP YAPC speakers, with one minute before the talk to tell the audience about your organization, product, or cause.
- Your logo will appear on the YAPC poster attached to the front of one of the speaker podiums.
- Your logo will be placed on some of the directional posters that attendees will follow to find the talks, events, and activities at YAPC.
- Your logo will be linked to your web site from the side bar of every page on this web site (www.yapcna.org). Look left to see existing examples.
- Your logo will also be included on the official YAPC::NA 2013 t-shirt.
- We will feature a write-up about you or your organization in our blog.
- You'll get a link and a brief write-up on our sponsors page.
- You'll get a listing in the official YAPC::NA 2013 program.
- A "Friend of Perl" ribbon will be added to your badge, so that everyone knows you are a sponsor.
- We'll use your gift to create a better Perl.
- We'll use your gift to help fund a student to attend the conference, thus creating a more vibrant community of Perl talent.
- At your request, we'll provide a free table at the job fair.
- If you have any Perl-related positions open between now and YAPC, we'll promote them on our blog.
Platinum
If you provide a gift of $5,000 or more, you are an elite Platinum Sponsor. For that gift you will receive the following perks.
- You may provide a half page (8"x5") ad for us to place in the in the official YAPC::NA 2013 program.
- You will receive two badges to attend the conference.
- You will be announced as the official sponsor of one of our snack breaks, and posters will be posted with your logo to reinforce that message.
- A representative from your organization will introduce one of our VIP YAPC speakers, with one minute before the talk to tell the audience about your organization, product, or cause.
