Wiki - Yoga BOF

Bring a yoga mat if you can. I will have one spare mat. I am a software developer with about 6 years of experience as a Bikram Yoga student among other Hatha Yoga disciplines. I placed second at the Eastern Canada Regional Bishnu Gosh Cup qualifying competition in January 2008. However I'm not a certified instructor (yet).
